Here are quilty endeavors for others.  Maybe you can help out too.

Quilts of Valor National Sew Day 2014

We had a call for quilts blocks on the OKCMQG Facebook page today.  I drove myself to the quilt store at lunch today to by fabric to contribute.  I'll be using my Creative Grids Scrap Crazy Templates.  Coming up is a national sew day on February 1, 2014.  Check it out.  I may just go all the way an sew a whole quilt top.

Quilts for Boston - Boston Modern Quilt Guild

The Boston Modern Quilt Guild is making quilts for those impacted by the tragic events during the 117th running of the Boston Marathon.  If you would like to contribute fabric or blocks in blue, yellow, and grey please follow this link for more information.  The Boston Modern Quilt Guild would like to have the quilts ready to deliver to those in need as soon as possible, so we ask that you send your blocks to us within a month, by May 24th, 2013

Covered in Love - Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's - Block

OKCMGQ member Amanda aka The Cozy Pumpkin made a connection at Quilt Con.  A fellow quilter is looking for a Red & Yellow, Primary Solid White Wonky Log Cabin 8" block.  The deadline for squares is April 22nd.  See link for full details.

Here are the finished blocks.  The fabric prints looks like cells.
